Ariadna Protti- Was born in San Jose, Costa Rica, and moved to Southern California as a child with her family. She later graduated with a degree in Physiology and Neuroscience from UC San Diego and pursued a career as a Biochemist for Siemens. She focused her studies and career at first on the sciences, but dancing was always an integral part of her life and most of her free time was regularly dedicated to taking dance classes. After being fascinated by the bliss that was experienced connecting with a partner through dance, she learned Salsa, Mambo, Bachata, Brazilian Zouk, Cha Cha Cha, West Coast Swing, Argentine Tango and more. She rigorously trained connection and Brazilian Zouk for 3 years in the Renata Peçanha Dance Program under Crisiti Boone and Clinton Lacerda. She has traveled the world teaching and performing at dance festivals for over 20 years with groups like the Edwin Rivera Project, Los Anormales, Bonito y Sabroso, Renata Peçanha Dance Company, and Mambo Inc. She currently teaches private dance lessons near Santa Monic in Salsa, Mambo, Bachata, Brazilian Zouk and connection. Her passion is to teach this lifetime of learning and open students hearts to blissfully connect with a partner in dance
